Easy access to Evo Mall and nearby PKNS Bangi .
The house needs better maintenance and a deep clean . Dust was noticeable on the sofa and furniture, the bathroom could be cleaner, and the wall paint needs attention . Also an unpleasant smell inside the house upon arrival .

Amenities & equipment were provided as stated in the specifications. The Coway, induction cooker & microwave were very useful indeed. My son found the balcony comfortable & condusive as he prepared for his interview.
Found some ants on the kitchen cabinet but they werent a big problem.

very unsatisfactory..2 days and 1 night made me unable to sleep due to the disturbance of the sheets, pillows, blankets...my body is very itchy...please sir/madam clean the bed thoroughly..I am not sure whether the sheets, blankets, and covers are washed or not..thank you
