Location good with a lot of shop walking distance.
I swept the floor and cabinets as there was a lot of dust and hairs. Seems the owner did not clean the unit before I check in. The wall & ceiling looked running down with water marks. Little water keep on flowing out from the shower even the heater is switch off and the heater worked a while.
