I really like the shower 🚿 and than the Air-conditioning was really good

When we checked in the whole house was very smelly, we couldn't identify which part was that, the single room door couldn't close properly and behind the single room didn't have any curtains to cover the bed area and didn't provide a blanket also, and toilet pipe was broken

The apartment complex is secured and equipped with 7-Eleven, restaurant, and laundry shop making it very convenient. The unit is clean, spacious, and well appointed. The unit has a nice pool view but we didn't have time to use the pool.

The check in process was clunky and we get stuck at the security guard house for quite a while. The owner should have sent us the check in procedure on the day (or the day beforehand), not after we are stuck at the security gate and had to call him. The proximity card reader in and out of the parking area need some getting used to as the position of the car needs to be at a certain distance in order for the sensor to read the card, but the security guard was quick to help so it's not a big issue.

1) Aircond units are well maintained and very cold. 2) Have towels 3) Have extra pillows 4) Have full size fire extinguisher (kudos to developer) 5) Have fire sprinklers entire house (kudos to developer) 6) Swimming pool is nice 7) Special big parking space for the unit and near lifts, however many tight corners to navigate, be careful if you have big car. 8) The same lifts bring you down to many convenient stores at ground level (7 eleven, bila-bila mart, many more). 9) Safety is nice, required access cards for every entry. 10) Have fridge and washing machine

1) Second bedroom don't have curtian, you're exposed with outside view all the time. 2) Second bedroom door is firesafe type which is very heavy, the automatic door closure is broken making the door slammed so hard when closing, very dangerous to children and fingers. 3) Second bedroom don't have power socket. 4) Not enough blankets for the mattresses count. The house have 4 mattresses but only 2 blankets. 5) The leather sofa is broken, sofabed is ok 6) No wifi, only dummy modem installed with no real fiber connection 7) Tv is ok but cannot view anything as mytv decoder keeps shutting down after 1 second. 8) Some mug is broken, dangerous sharp edges 9) Most of cloth hangers are broken. 10) No pants hanging hooks anywhere in the rooms. 11) Broken closet 12) Unusable gas stoves 13) No microwave oven
