Для ОРБИ номер отличный, с видом на море. В номере все есть, включая кухню с работающей техникой, стиральная машинка, фен, и все остальное. Кровати большие и удобные, все работает. В целом, отлично.
Запах из душа, но это проблема ОРБИ в целом.

Staff was nice and helpful, our water heater broke, and they changed it the same day. We were really lucky with the managers, thanks, you made this stay easier.
Sea views are great.
Price is adecuate.
50 floor buildings, a huge amount of people passing through every day. Be ready to wait for the elevator sometimes.
Two buildings are finished and 1 is in process, so everything around is under construction with the corresponding mess around.
The flat is decent, but a bit outdated, photos are not too realistic.
My recommendation is to better maintain your properties, as some furniture is broken (in our case it was a sofa), there is a mold in the bathroom.
Also a bit of investment into new towels and bed sheets/blankets/pillows wouldn't hurt at all.
Please change the curtains as the ones that you have are old and fully transparent, 6 am will wake you up with the sun.
It's the center of everything, so be ready to hear the noise till late at night.
It's not a hotel, be ready to buy your own toilet paper and shampoo.
