We were pampered in every aspect-wonderful room with sea view, good food, great massages, excellent staff and great service

Outside pool was very good
Inside pool was small and jacuzzi and saunas were kind of smelly also there was not alot of vegetarian food options

1) Spacious rooms well design and well upkept
2) Great water slides within building so no sun screen-needed ( compared to many 5star hotels in Greece)
3) Outside pool is amazing big and you can jump into it , all pools are with salt (less chlorine)
4) A lot of green outside
5) Hotel had no feeling to be overcrowded especially where it matters - Pools/Slides/Buffet
6) Recreational areas like Padel and football field.
7) Dinner deserts in buffet were awesome
8) Skybar had quality cocktails
9) Water to the rooms each day when cleaning
1) Food was very spicy (chili) i.e. ~70% dishes had at least some amount of chili , problematic for kids and many adults as well.
2) Blankets are very hot like in European hotels where typically much colder
