The location is superb. The hotel is surrounded by greenery from one and the Black Sea from another. The air is fresh and soothing. The food was very tasty as well. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
The facilities were a bit outdated. Also, getting to the city takes 30-50mins. It would be nice to have a scheduled city shuttle at the hotel.

The location is stunning. The whole Batumi area is very busy and chaotic, but this hotel and its location is a peaceful haven. We were greeted by very helpful staff and were awarded a massive upgrade to the Grand Royal Suite. I have never slept in such a large hotel room in my life. The room occupied an entire floor. Balconies and sea views on three sides, very impressive. We enjoyed it. Breakfast was busy but very tasty. The pools are good. Access to the beach with a special train/lift was also great.
The property is relatively new, but already aging quite a bit. It's rated 5 stars, but I would say 4 fits better. I would recommend a rental car, so you can visit things in the area.

The view is fantastic. The staff is friendly. Everything is clean.
It is not 5 stars hotel. The food is not diversified enough.the tennis court is broken (holes everywhere on a court).
