Very nice place to relax and enjoy the sea. Large room with a full wall window view of the sea and shoreline. On-site restaurant was ok with nice staff. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and food.
Only a couple very minor things. One, there were only two paper cups and two old instant coffee packets and no glasses in the bathroom. They brought more cups on request. Two, transportation is a bit hit and miss. At least in the spring off-season. It was easy to get a taxi there but when we wanted to go to Petra we found it difficult. Leaving to Batumi was not bad. The prices on Bolt kept varying widely, and to Batumi we had to put the best wording for destination to avoid nothing available. In busy season there may be more just arriving that want a passenger leaving.

Beautiful location on a rock above the sea
Spacious but old fashioned rooms
Amazing views
BUT this is an outdoor/openair location for weddings, school and birthday parties
We stayed 3 days, every day starting early in the afternoon till late in the night there was a party going on with deafening music and loud shouting.
We found out that this is a major problem for the hotel guests during spring, summer and autumn
