The location is great, in the old city, close to both the beach and many nice places to eat. My check-in was at midnight on Christmas (!) and the host led me through self check-in on the phone, smoothly and nicely, with instructions on how everything works in the room, etc; also upgraded me to a deluxe room free of charge :) The room was warm, with pristine linens and - wow! - enough storage space. Would stay here again.

The room was simple, but yet very comfortable. The hotel is just in the heart of Batumi , and all kinds of nice places are around. My room had a small balcony , where I could have my morning coffee. If you look for an easy and simple stay in , this hotel is just for you !

Location is great and they share an entrance with the restaurant that has the best khachapuri in Batumi (for real). Communication with the owners was difficult but they were very nice.
The bathroom smelled a bit moldy after a shower and there were a few leaks on the floor. For safety reasons we didn't dare to leave the window open when we left. I slept through it but my husband was very bothered by other guests having a party on the roof terrace.
