Location and interior, and very clean!!! And then, we love especially the terrace.

A lovely apartment, very cozy and beautifully decorated! All appliances are working, good wifi internet. Cool terrace where you can sunbathe in the morning when the sun comes out from behind the next house. Comfortable bed and a pull-out sofa (keep in mind that the payment includes only bed linen for a double bed, i.e. one sheet, one duvet and 2 pillowcases, for an additional set you will have to pay 34 euros). Excellent location, tram stop nearby, 30 min to the airport, 5 minutes to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Within walking distance there are restaurants where you can have coffee and dinner, as well as Intermarché and Carrefour. The apartment has a hot water boiler, so hot water may sometimes run out, but the tank capacity is generally sufficient.

The instructions for check-in and accommodation were sent on time and were clear, but communication and information accuracy could be improved. The address on Booking does not match the actual address on Google maps... (in the apartment itself, you can find a memo with the correct adress). As a result, we could not find the house right away walking around the neighboring one! Fortunately, there are only two houses in this Impasso and the landlords provided many photos! After looking around, we saw the entrance we needed in the house opposite! This question remained unanswered, the hosts responded on Booking about a day later, but it was more like a routine message without any specific answers. My messages on WhatsApp were never read. However, this had little impact on our vacation, and I would gladly return.

L'appartement est cosy, la literie confortable.

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de s'en servir pendant tout le séjour. Le robinet de l'évier était défectueux à notre arrivée, impossible de l'utiliser. Heureusement que mon mari très bricoleur a pu le réparer. Nous avons envoyé plusieurs messages à la conciergerie qui est restée injoignable. Pas sérieux.
