Està ben comunicat amb el centre mitjançant tramvia. Net. Llits correctes. És un primer pis sense ascensor.

Schöne Lage, gut erreichbar mit ÖPNV, zwei Zimmer. Altbaucharme.
Umständliche Kommunikation mit 4 verschiedenen Menschen. Lange Antwortzeiten. Einrichtung eher im Resterampen-Stil in Kombination mit einzelne neu gekauften Möbelstücken. Wohnun für 5 Leute ausgelegt, ohne dass Stühle, Geschirr/Besteck für so viele Menschen reichen würden. Dreckiges, zerkratztes Geschirr. Unbenutzbare Spülmaschine, schmutzige Böden und Wände und Fenster. Schimmel unter der Matratze, kaputter rostiger Wäscheständer... Super suboptimale Platznutzung - keine Tür geht richtig auf, kein Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen mit mehreren Personen. Für einen kurzen Ausflug mit Freunden mit wenigen Übernachtungen ganz ok und bezahlbar. Der Titel "Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung" passt jedoch nicht.
