Everything in the apartment is absolutely spotless, tidy and designed to make you feel "at home". In the kitchen you can find some food, snacks and water, that is always a nice touch when you arrive tired from a day of hiking and driving. There are board games and cards in the living room, the garden is lovely as well. Location is fairly close to the center, driving or walking.
Only reason I didn't give a 10 is for the building, it's very old and the entrance smells really bad. Likely for us, when we open the door of the apartment it was like stepping in a very different building!
