Relatively new construction (~2 years), clean and conveniently located. Host communication was great, very responsive particularly when we messaged a couple of issues. Despite a few details/issues, overall it was a lovely stay.
It's important to note that the bathroom is concealed inside the door of the second bedroom -- we were able to work around this, but it is a privacy issue. On our second night the air conditioning stopped working -- we did not contact the host as it was Sunday. Given their responsiveness I'm sure they would have sent someone out to address had we reported.

The location was great, a clean apartment, cosy. I enjoyed my stay.
The only thing was the wifi connection would not reach the room, but not the biggest problem.

The place is quiet, clean and close to the train station and most of tourist attractions in the city. There was a good communication with the owners. We are very happy!
