Centrally located and close to shops and tube

Location: central and close to everything you could need, especially the tube. Lovely village-feel to the area. Tesco across the road for supplies. Communication/check in: Maddie was excellent, v.responsive on whatsapp and made sure we were clear on how to access keys from secure lock-box (with pictures). She was able to even to get in touch with the housekeeper to let us in early to drop our bags off prior to check in. Facilities: everything you could need; towels, all the kitchen supplies you could need, fans (we went in july - hot). Although only on second floor, there is even a lift. Entryway secure and well kept. Rooms all very spacious with lots of storage. We will be back!!
Only minor thing, for the sake of adding something constructive, was the toilet seat could do with replacing!!
