Top Lage, Größe mit den 2 Räumen, Top Ausstattung (Mängel: 2 Kastentüren defekt, fehlender Abflussdeckel im Waschbecken, schlechter Wasserabfluss in der Dusche - wurde gleich repariert, automatische Verriegelung der Eingangstüre)

Mängel (siehe oben), Wasserhahn in der Küche rinnt stark beim Hebel des Kaltwassers.

Very spacious for London. Good location. Comfortable.

The entrance is extremely narrow with a lot of stairs, so getting luggage up was tricky. I assume the hall way is communally managed as it was quite gritty and the carpeted stairs need a good clean. When we walked in we were nervous about what the apartment would be like based on that, but the actual apartment was very clean. Stairwell was not.

Amazing location. Near everything

The property looks much better in the pictures. The apartment needs renovation. Showers are broken. Air conditioning works only in the bedroom. Closets are old the doors hardly open. Flat was in the 2nd floor with very narrow staircases and no elevator which was very hard with the luggage. We checked in late but were missing bedding and no one agreed to provide so slept on towels (!)
