Location was good, unit was spacious enough for our family of 6.

They need to explain the unit is up 4 flights of stairs. After going to the front door at level 3, there’s another flight of stairs to reach the apartment. The unit was lacking a spatula and ladle for some simple cooking. When I asked customer support the answer was ‘ I don’t think housekeeping have those’. Why does a 3 bedroom unit with a full kitchen not have a spatula to fry eggs or a ladle to scoop oatmeal? That was such a ‘why don’t you just go away’ answer to our request.

Die Lage ist Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in London. Sehr ruhig in der Nacht (wir konnten auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen, was auch beim heißen Wetter Ende Mai 2026 notwendig war), nah am Britsh Museum und bis zum Piccadilly ist es auch nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Bus und Tube Stationen, Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. ist auch alles in kürze zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war für uns (6 Personen) ausreichend, die Wohnung war sauber und die Betten bequem.

Our trip was hindered by two things 1. The water pressure was horrible! Turning on the shower would only result in a trickle of water coming out of the shower. It’s literally one of two things I rate a hotel on as I want a bed to sleep in and a place to shower. 2. The beds were uncomfortable. More then the beds were the lumpy pillows. The location is amazing. The 75+ stairs to the flat were tolerable.
