Seven Dials Apartments

the location was good as we were able to get to some places very easy. plenty of theaters nearby

the keys were at a different location then where we stayed and we needed to get the keys then use then then at the end of the stay get the keys back to that location - like 8 mins away between the two. another thing the room was at the 4th floor it would have been nice to know that information and that there was no elevator. heating was done using air-conditioning.

Os funcionários são ótimos em responder rápido e passar as informações certas

O aquecimento não tá funcionando bem passei frio e pode melhorar a acústica pra abafar os sons tando da rua e quanto dos vizinhos!

Good location, good space air conditioning was useful given the recent high temperatures. Good shops for food.

No dish towels in kitchen. Very small bar of soap/no toiletries. Close stairs were very dirty. Fire exit in property was locked, concerns over safety. Key pick up is at least 10 minute walk away from property.

Great location, spacious apartment, nice to be able to bag drop at the hotel down the road. Comfy beds.

Frustrating that staff couldnt tell us at any point if we could get an early check-in (4pm is very late!) Nor were we notified on the day when the room was actually ready. Some simple things like a key lockbox in the hall would have saved us keep walking back to the hotel. We had no water at all in the apartment on the last night and despite notifying the hotel and asking for some handwash/drinking water they just said someone would come the following day. Nobody ever came. The whole apartment could be really nice but needs a deep clean and a tidy - the sofas were disgusting and stained and broken and had been covered over by grey fleece throws and pillows which needed a good wash. The kitchen was well equipped but glasses and plates were missmatched and needed a good sort through and deep clean. The only toiletries were bars of soap which felt cheap for the price we paid. There was no laundry tabs either.
