Seven Dials Apartments

The location was amazing. Perfect for visiting the West End. It was spacious, great value for money.

We had to go out of our way to return the keys on the morning of our departure. It was quite dangerous to have to stand on the bed to switch the light or fan on.

Die Gegend und Lage war super, das Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Sehr charmante Gegend mit exzellenter ÖPNV-Anbindung.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas dürftig (wenig Geschirr). Das Bad etwas abgewohnt. Dadurch, dass es ein sehr altes Haus ist, waren die Fenster wenig lärmisoliert und man musste sich erst an die Geräuschkulisse der Großstadt gewöhnen.

Stairway up to flat was a bit tired and tube starts quite early in the morning.

Great location, spacious apartment, nice to be able to bag drop at the hotel down the road. Comfy beds.

Frustrating that staff couldnt tell us at any point if we could get an early check-in (4pm is very late!) Nor were we notified on the day when the room was actually ready. Some simple things like a key lockbox in the hall would have saved us keep walking back to the hotel. We had no water at all in the apartment on the last night and despite notifying the hotel and asking for some handwash/drinking water they just said someone would come the following day. Nobody ever came. The whole apartment could be really nice but needs a deep clean and a tidy - the sofas were disgusting and stained and broken and had been covered over by grey fleece throws and pillows which needed a good wash. The kitchen was well equipped but glasses and plates were missmatched and needed a good sort through and deep clean. The only toiletries were bars of soap which felt cheap for the price we paid. There was no laundry tabs either.
