having to get taxis/tubes to pick up from a completely different location was un-necessary - a simple keybox would be much better. Also only 1 key with no key box was a real problem

Place was nice as when we got through to staff eventually they were nice.
No aircon and fan did not work, the address on booking.com is not the address of the apartment and was not clear that you need to pick the keys up in another place then get the address of the appartment, it was 35 degrees outside and we were not happy with this arrangement. Had to spend additional money on taxi cabs.

Spacious clean apartment in a very good location. The hosts were very responsive and helpful
It wasnt the same apartment that were confirmed according to the email. The apartment we were allocated was a three storey apartment and had a lot of stairs. And we had to pick up the keys at an office some 10 minutes away from the apartment.

Location was very good with plenty of local shops, downside was had to travel a couple miles to pick up keys.
My only disappointment was that I was not able to get a vat receipt as I was staying for work and I’m vat registered and because of this I will not stay at this apartment again.
