The entire property was clean and well maintained.

If you’re booking during a heatwave remember the flat would get boiling warm! They provided us with a fan too.

Brilliant property in a quiet area. Hard to believe that King’s Cross station is only around the corner. Owner was speedy to reply to messages. Great communication beforehand and easy to gain entry. All apps available on the TV and brilliant broadband.

Bed was hard as a rock.

Flat has one bedroom with a double bed, it was nice and comfortable. In the living room there are 2 sofas, but only one of them can be used as a bed (the smaller black one, the brown one cannot be made a bed). Black sofa is too small for 2 adults to sleep there comfortably. Flat is well equipped - coffee maker, water filtration, kettle, kitchen stuff, etc. Location is great, a couple minutes walk from the station. It was quiet at night. So basically a great place to stay for a couple (price/quality), but not comfortable for more people.

-black sofa that is intended to be a bed for 2 people is too small and uncomfortable -no contact with the host regarding check in before arrival - we received the details of check in only a couple HOURS before our arrival. Also the host did not provide the apartment number. We had to try to contact him with keys in hand. Fortunately we were there early and managed to contact him. -not enough towels for 4 persons -feels dusty

La posizione molto comoda, 5 min a piedi da tutti i mezzi che servono tutta Londra. Appartamento molto silenzioso e con tutto il necessario in un condominio molto tranquillo. Check in velocissimo con key-box, anche se era difettosa e non siamo riusciti ad aprirla agevolmente.

Il letto principale era molto rigido, le pulizie dovrebbero essere fatte più accuratamente, in quanto abbiamo trovato polvere e cucina non pulita, inoltre, l'appartamento è rovente anche lasciando sempre il ventilare acceso e le finestre aperte. Noi ci siamo trovati a soggiornare in due giornate calde, ma assicuro che li dentro era ancora più caldo di fuori. Inoltre noi abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone ma gli sgabelli messi a disposizione erano solo 3...... forse per 4 per cenare e anche dormire non la consiglio. Meglio per 2.
