The homeowner is indifferent. The way of solving the problem is to ignore the problem. The extra bed (sofa bed) and crib were not ready. He claimed that our baby could sleep on a folding wooden floor that came out of the foldable crib and that there would be no extra soft bed in it. We could not use the crib. The items are OLDER than the ones in the photo. Although a dishwasher is on the list of items, there is NO dishwasher in the kitchen. The chairs are wobbly, if you are not careful you will fall. The sofa bed was also problematic. We did not want to be disturbed during the stay for repairs, but the homeowner accepted that the new guest could check in without having it repaired. The repairs should be done when the apartment is empty. It is close to the bus and metro stations. It is a good walking distance to Oxford Street and the British Museum. The street view is nice, but the sounds of ambulances and motorcycles at night are disturbing. The apartment entrance is very narrow, smelly and old.
