La ubicación es ideal, a menos de 10 minutos caminando del casco histórico. Pude hospedarme con mis mascotas, el apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para la estancia y hay un bonito parque detrás para caminar.
Hay opción de late check-in pero es con extracosto, alrededor de 40€, me pareció costoso. Las toallas y sábanas habría que renovarlas.

L'emplacement, très proche du centre de Perpignan, l'appartement, très bien agencé, l’accueil de l'hôte plein d'empathie et à nos "petits soins". A recommander !

Appartement super une déco magnifique avec tout le nécessaire. Très bon emplacement. Je recommande a 100% le propriétaire et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Merci encore.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, pour partir à pieds au centre ville, ou bien partir facilement en voiture. Calme de la résidence, personnes courtoises. Appartement en rez-de-chaussée, très accessible. Parking possible.
Le matelas est mou, la couette est un four, même chauffage éteint !! Le canapé, très inconfortable pour s'y asseoir. La propreté laisse à désirer, c'est un peu dommage. Et, les embouts mis aux robinets ne sont absolument pas pratiques. L'eau éclabousse partout autour, aucune économie. La pomme de la douche à changer.
