El apartamento es amplio y cómodo, la ubicación no es céntrica pero puedes aparcar más fácilmente y evitar pagar demasiado en parking
Lo único que se pude mejorar es la comodidad de las camas y sobre todo las almohadas (son demasiado finas). Pero no es que no se pueda dormir, simplemente se puede mejorar.

Accueil chaleureux et hôte très sympathique
La vaisselle est un peu minimaliste, il manque un aspirateur et le matelas de la 3ème chambre est très mauvais. De plus les voisins du dessus son extrêmement brillants y compris la nuit.

L'emplacement était idéal pour mon besoin (proche université) à un tarif raisonnable. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont fonctionnels. L'hôte est disponible et réactif. Parking facile.
L'insonorisation dans ces vieux immeubles est inexistante ! Le logement est rudimentaire de travaux incomplets.
