Very quiet location at the edge of the village 7 km south of Perpignan, 5 km from the sea. Apartment located on the 1st floor INDEPENDENT in villa. Shaded and fenced garden, covered terrace, swimming pool: diameter 4mx1. 2m. All amenities in the village. Many connections with Perpignan by bus from the city of Perpignan. Proximity to a cinema multiplex with numerous restaurants. Presence in the town of a spa complex. Numerous excursion and visit sites. Proximity to Spain. Very pleasant.
Close to the seaside resorts of Saint-Cyprien, Canet en Roussillon, Argelès sur mer and their many activities and sports activities.
Near Villeneuve de la Raho lake.
Suitable for stays with children and adolescents.
Numerous festivals of theater music and dance: the waves of Argelès; the Estivales of Perpignan; the Pablo Casals de Prades festival; the international photojournalism festival of Visa pour l'image ....
Very spacious apartment with two large, very bright bedrooms, a living room with integrated kitchen opening onto a south-facing terrace with views of the Canigou massif, a large bathroom and an independent WC.
The garden is enclosed and planted with trees and has a large covered terrace. You can take in two cars and there is an outdoor parking lot. The swimming pool is above ground and we can thus condemn access for young children.

The village center is a ten minute walk with all the shops and health professionals. There are two pharmacies in the town.

Appartement situé au 1er étage d'une maison très agréable et très bien équipée. Aussi très bien située; la maison est toute proche des commerces.De par sa localisation, il est facile de visiter de nombreuses villes sans faire trop de route. Elle offre une vue très apaisante du balcon et se situe dans une rue très calme. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais tout à fait suffisante pour s'y rafraîchir et y jouer avec les enfants. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles.
