4 ème étage sans ascenseur alors que j'ai une intervention chirurgicale c'était une vraie galère pour nous, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et on est arrivés dans un moment de canicule avec 3 enfants de nas âge après ils ont amené 3 ventilateur tout neuf f'est un geste vraiment qu'on a apprécié fort je tiens à vous remercier

Directions were clear, keys easy to get.

A bit of a challenge connecting to the link to allow us to pay our additional deposit, but that was no fault of the host (a tech issue). Host helped us use a different method.

Loved the scenic views, square footage and the mattresses. The pizza shop across the street was amazing. The neighbors where nice. The building maintenance man was helpful. We could walk to the grocery store, a department store, small library, pharmacy and bakery. The staff were polite and answered messages.

It was not close to center city and the attractions. The Uber costs added up fast. There is bus service, but no subway near by. I didn't like the 4 flights of stairs, the dining room chairs are hard and painful (1 was damaged), the sofa was very low. There were no instructions on how the use the stove or oven. Only the pans work on the stove. The pots don't work on the induction stove. The kitchen door to the balcony was broken and the landlord did not repair it during our 3 month stay. The furniture was low quality and not geared for business accommodation. There was lots of silverware but only 2 forks. There was lots of glass ware but no water glasses. The lock box procedures for getting and returning the room key worked poorly for us. It was challenging getting the key when we arrived and the box would not close properly for us at departure. We made 2 trips to return the apartment key following the company's instructions. The box didn't work for us. There was no contingency plan in place for troubles with the lock box. We were charged hundreds of euros for this unfortunate incident. The company acknowledged the flaw in thier system but would not cover or share the cost of the remedy.
