Hemos ido en agosto 2025. Lo que más nos gustó fue la terraza con la minipiscina y la ubicación. La vivienda entera está nueva y bien cuidada. El pueblo muy bonito y se puede ir andando hasta Anzio. La estación de tren está al lado para ir a Roma, se tarda 60min aprox. hasta Termini. 3'60€ ida y vuelta. Cerca de la playa y puerto deportivo. Edificio "recién" construido y muy bonita la entrada al recinto. La atención de Lume y Michele de 10, también el del fontanero que vino a mirar la caldera. Nos recomendaron restaurantes y lugares a visitar.
Lo que no nos gustó fue que la vivienda se quedara sin presión de agua, las horas punta de duchas tras la playa o tras un largo día de excursión en Roma no nos podíamos duchar porque no había presión. Hablamos con Michele y muy rápido nos mandó al técnico para darle solución al tema.

Siamo stati benissimo!!! L'appartamento bello, curato, pulito ed estremamente comodo soprattutto per la posizione. Terrazzo fantastico e accogliente . A rendere tutto perfetto la disponibilità e gentilezza di Michele!!!
