L’appartamento si compone di due unità, attico e superattico, entrambi dotati di una meravigliosa terrazza, con panorama aperto, che lascia spaziare sia la vista che la mente. È un immobile ampio, dotato di ogni comfort, molto pulito, fresco, estremamente funzionale, ristrutturato ed arredato con gusto e cura per i dettagli. È in una zona residenziale, tranquilla con parcheggio esclusivo. Nei dintorni sono presenti diversi grandi supermercati. Il centro ed il lungomare si raggiungono a piedi in pochissimi minuti. È una casa impeccabile, generosa, gentile e cordiale, esattamente come l’Host che la gestisce. Lui si chiama Michele, ed è un ragazzo meritevole, molto educato, discreto, garbato, eccezionalmente disponibile, di cui se ne percepisce a pelle l’affidabilità, la serietà ed una spiccata signorilità d’animo. Tornerò sicuramente, soprattutto per la straordinaria sensazione che è stato capace di regalarci nel farci sentire “a casa”. Consigliatissimo.
