Rebecca's Apartments - Central Anzio, Sea View & Private Parking

Nice new apartment, AC, washing machine available, tv,wifi ...

i would appreciate if some basic goods would be available (sugar, salt ...) as there is no supermarket anywhere close. w/o car it requires some planning and research to get groceries

- schönes, geräumiges Apartment - inkl. versperrtem Parkplatz am Grundstück, wir hatten sogar das Glück einen von 2 überdachten Stellplätzen zugewiesen bekommen - Bäcker und Restaurants in ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, kleiner Supermarkt ebenfalls, lediglich ein großer Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt - schöner Meerblick, ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand - sämtliche Türen und Tore mit Code zu öffnen

- Küche nicht sauber

Amazing view, was clean, nice modern building.

In the description was written that was a coffee machine but it turned out to be just a coffee mokka pot. There were no condiments i.e coffee, sugar, tea sachets which might not sound alot but is welcoming wherever you stay if there are kitchen facilities. Utitlies were sparse there was one large frying pan and large pot but not useful for two people's breakfast. There is no kettle. No shampoo in the bathroom just shower&shampoo 2 in 1 gel. Again another small but important detail in a rental property. Very noisy at nights Extremely firm and uncomfortable mattress. The nearest supermarket is 12 min walk

L'alloggio è nuovissimo, posto in un luogo silenzioso con vista mare e due balconi. Ha l'ascensore e la possibilità di parcheggiare, cosa non comune ad Anzio. Molto pulito

Al nostro arrivo non c'era neppure una bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto in frigo, non è prevista una macchina del caffè o beni di primissima necessità per l'ospite appena arrivato. Se si è a piedi, è lontano dalla stazione e dal centro di Anzio
