We loved the communal areas. Everything was well looked after and inviting. You get so much more than just your own apartment. Sergio was a great host and very helpful with tips of places to eat and visit. He even booked a table for us one evening! The breakfast was delicious every day! We will be back :)

Mixed feelings about our stay

Pros: Very nice breakfast cooked by lovely Rita Room was spacious and had everything we needed Quiet and safe location Supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby Modern, clean garden and pool - good for pictures Pool towels provided Beautiful view from our 1st floor balcony Close to train station Location in relation to Rome and beaches (by train or car) We were offered an early breakfast before leaving

Cons: A lot of false advertising on Booking.com for this hotel: 2 pools - not true. There is 1 small pool. Also a private pool was stated in our apartment description, again this is not the case. All guests can use the 1 pool and everyone walks by it on the way in and out of the hotel. Daily housekeeping - another misstatement. We asked for housekeeping on day 3 and we were told it will be arranged for the next day. Nothing happened next day, so we asked again, and we were told again the next day. Long story short, after asking every day, the apartment was cleaned on our last day, apart from the balcony floor which was full of bird excrement. Restaurant and pool bar, happy hour and themed dinner nights - in reality there is a small cafe by the pool, only open for breakfast. Nothing is opened by lunchtime and nowhere to get food or drink. On our first day we arrived an hour early and waited by the pool for our room to be ready (which was absolutely fine), there was not even a beer, we were served a drink which seemed the only option, not even sure what is was. After that day, the cafe was closed after breakfast each day, all day. Because of this, it's very quiet by the pool, no music, no vibe. These are our main issues, related to dishonest description of this hotel on the booking.com platform. Other thing to mention is the location, it's in a small town with not much to do. Not a touristy place, which some people may prefer, but for us it was too quiet. Need to have a car or be prepared to travel by train to get anywhere. On a train it's only 50 minutes to Rome and 15 minutes to beautiful beaches.

Very pleasant stay

The swimming pool is very good with saltwater.There's a bar next to the pool with big table were you also eat your breakfast and dinner. Sergio is the host and he is very nice, he's alway's around and make's your stay very pleasant. If you are in the neigborhood,book it!

Exceptional

The apartment was fantastic - really spacious, very clean and well equipped. The large balcony overlooked a lovely swimming pool and covered breakfast area. The hosts were extremely welcoming, and helpful with any requests, including offering tips for the beach and places to go. The location is good, about 10 minutes walk from the train station in a residential area, with a supermarket very close by which is ideal if self-catering. The train has regular links to both Anzio and it’s restaurants/beaches, and into Rome, so it is possible to visit without a car. The breakfast was delicious, very fresh with lots of choice. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely recommend it!

We had a perfect holiday. Hosts were very kind. The villa is really beautiful. Swimming pool is for free and is very good in hot summer days. It is good that if you are tired, you don’t have to go to the beach, you can just chill near swimming pool and relax. There is also a bar with some drinks, snacks. Rooms are fresh, clean, very spacious and they also have kitchen with everything you need. Good breakfast, fruits, yogurt, muesli, fresh croissants and other bakings, they can also make for you English breakfast or eggs. Coffee was also really good. Supermarket (2 minutes walking) and train station (5 minutes walking) were really close. You can get to the city centre in 10 minutes. So, the location is perfect, you can go everywhere comfortably even without a car. The hosts also took us to the beach in the morning after the breakfast and then back (for free). They are really helpful and do their work with a soul. We will definitely come back!

The stay at the hotel was amazing. The room is clean, bright, has everything you need. The room has a kitchen, which is also a big plus. Great, clean pool, the kids really liked it. They took very good care of us and made sure everyone felt welcomed.

Sergio is a fantastic host. He makes sure that everyone feels taken care of. The breakfast is amazing and the chef cooked us a fabulous dinner one night. The apartment is nice and clean. The pool are is also very nice and the temperature in the pool is perfect. Our kids cried when we left and want us to promise we will reroute next year.

During our stay in Anzio, our family chose this apartment. From our arrival, we were convinced that we had made the right choice. The apartments are located in a quiet area of the city. We were expecting a modern, clean, just perfect room. The territory is well-groomed, modern and clean. Service at the highest level. The owner is very welcoming and friendly, and his cappuccino is the best in the world! For breakfast, you can be offered delicious and fragrant fresh pastries, or cook a delicious and hearty breakfast! You can also order a gourmet lunch or dinner) Th e chef will be able to cook for you whatever you want. His spaghetti is the best! You can also enjoy delicious desserts and enjoy real Italian coffee in their cafe, which is located near the apartments. Here you can also have a tasty snack) Thanks for the perfect vacation!

Excellent apartomentos and the best staff!

Excellent apartomentos and staff. The room was big and very clean and there was all you need. The pool is big enough and it is also suitable for children. Everywhere was clean. There are only 5 rooms, which makes it very quiet. Sergio was very helpful and his brother Riccardio makes super tasty pasta all'Amatriciana. If you don´t travel by car, the center on Anzio can be easily reached by train. We will definitely come again if we return to the city.

the area and facilities are on top, the hosts are super friendly and helpful. we were feeling very warmly welcomed the apartment itself is very well equiped and very clean. the private area behind the fence made us feel very safe

Amazing stay at a modern family run apartment.

Fabulous new boutique apartment complex with a fantastic pool and bar area, ideal for solo travellers, couples or families. The building and complex are very secure. The rooms are clean and modern, air conditioned and with all amenities you would expect. The balconies are very large. The staff are friendly and welcoming, available to help and personalise your experience. Breakfast is lovely with guests sat around a large communal table by the pool and garden. We received some great recommendations for places to go and eat, both local and further afield.

Beautiful and fully equipt New appartement. Great pool/lounge/bar area. Italien breakfast included with pastery from the owners own bakery. Sergio was very helpfull both with restaurant bookings and great advice about exelent places to visit in the area. We highly recommend a stay here Thank you for 6 great Days 😃

Excellent stay in great accommodation. Kids loved the pool and breakfast!

Great accommodation, well thought out - fully reliant on solar panels and with electric chargers for cars. Swimming pool was not huge but sufficient for children to enjoy themselves and adults to cool down. Breakfast was great (continental) as the owners have bakeries the croissants and cakes were top notch! All staff extremely polite and pleasant. Rooms are great, air-conditioned, with balcony and mosquito nets. The kitchen is fully functional (tested) and bathroom well laid out. The location is close to the train station and rather quiet in the evenings. Excellent stay.

The location has just had a major overhaul and is excellent, they are a couple of very minor items they just need to make it perfect - some more kitchen utensils (chopping board and peeler) and they were waiting for the POS so need to pay extra in cash but it was due to arrive very soon.

Bardzo doceniam że otrzymaliśmy dodatkowy materac dla jednego z naszych synów. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, dawała bardzo cenne rekomendacje restauracji oraz atrakcji turystycznych lub plaż.

Modern, liebevoll, zweckmäßig und schön - das alles passt hier zusammen. Sergio ist der perfekte Gastgeber, sein Haus ist wunderschön und jedes Frühstück ist ein Grund, sich auf den Tag zu freuen (vielen Dank auch an Rita!). Zur Bahnstation „Villa Claudia“ mit direkter Verbindung nach Nettuno oder Rom ist‘s ein Katzensprung, Supermarkt, Pizzeria und Tante-Emma-Laden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr zeitgemäß ausgestattet, die Waschmaschine leistet treue Dienste, der großzügige Balkon bietet Raum und die Einrichtung atmet eine frische, angenehme Atmosphäre, kurz: Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben die Tage hier wirklich sehr genossen - nicht nur die Region ist großartig (das weiß man sowieso), auch dieses Haus und seine Bewohner sind es. Vielen Dank für alles!!

Familien Urlaub

Das Appartement war sehr schön und perfekt mit Kind. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag mit Liebe zubereitet. Den Pool hatten wir meistens für uns alleine und es war total ruhig. Wir sind oft zu Fuß zum Bahnsteig gegangen. Selbst mit Kind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr bemüht bei allem zu helfen und zu beraten.

L’accueil de Sergio était excellent ! Toujours aux petits soins, très sympathique. Il nous a aidé à réserver un restaurant, ce qui a été très utile car la pratique de l’anglais n’est pas toujours garantie dans cette région où il y a principalement du tourisme local. Nous avons pu disposer des espace communs pour dîner et passer du bon temps dehors! Le petit déjeuner est bon.

Het appartement is mooi schoon en groot. Fijne en lieve host/eigenaren. Erg Gastvrij. Ze doen er alles aan om het goed naar je zin te maken. Er is zelf een mogelijkheid om je electronisch auto op te laden. Een mooi harmonisch plekje.

Kameralny obiekt z basenem. Świetna lokalizacja - bardzo łatwo można dostać się zarówno do Rzymu jak i do centrum Anzio pociągiem (stacja jest w odległości 5 min.spaceru). Bardzo przyjemny spacer do plaży. Niesamowicie czysto, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Śniadania były przepyszne. To zdecydowanie jeden z najprzyjemniejszych naszych pobytów! Polecam!

מקלחת קטנה, חניה צפופה, מים קרים בבריכה, ארוחת בוקר דלה, הייתה לנו יונה מתה במרפסת ולקח יומיים לנקות את זה, צוות לא כ"כ זמין. אין קפה/קומקום, לא היה אפילו בקבוק מים בחדר. משהו לא עבד טוב עם המזגן והיה חם מאוד. היה חלק שבור במקלחת ולא טופל.
