Swietna lokalizacja w Anzio. Dostępność mozliwosci suszenia ubrań na dachu. Dostępne akcesoria plażowe. Bardzo czysto i wygodnie.
Dość daleko do sklepu spożywczego. W mieszkaniu przydałby sie ekspres do kawy i toster.

Blisko do historycznego centrum, do dworca i do morza. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, funkcjonalne. Gospodarz natychmiast reagujący, niezwykle kontaktowy. W kuchni jest kawa, herbata, sól, oliwa. Blisko sklepy, piekarnia, kawiarnie i restauracje. Gospodarz pomyślał też o udostępnieniu parasoli na plażę i krzesełek. Można się poczuć jak w domu.
Jedyny minus to hałas z ulicy, ale skutecznie pomaga zamknięcie dobrze izolowanych i nowych okien ;) Nocą jest mały ruch i nie jeżdżą pociągi.
