Appartamento ampio e comodo disponendo di un ampia zona giorno e 3 camere e 3 bagni. La cucina ha il necessario per il primo arrivo (caffe, sale, zucchero, olio) ed i bagni completi di prodotti da bagno e biancheria. Pur essendo in zona centrale fronte passeggiata con annessi mercatini e locali, i nuovi infissi isonorizzano molto bene la casa. Inoltre l'impianto di climatizzazione, presente anche nelle camere è stato di fondamentale aiuto per un buon riposo. Nell'appartamento è anche presente un apparato Wi-fi. La spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata è a due passi dalla casa.
Forse il nostro arrivo avveniva dopo un periodo di chiusura della casa ed era presente molta polvere sopra e sotto i mobili e letti. Comunque sia i letti che i bagni erano puliti
