Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è bella e curata, ma il vero valore aggiunto è stato l'host: di una gentilezza e disponibilità fuori dal comune. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come amici di vecchia data. Posizione ottima per godersi Nettuno in totale relax. Torneremo sicuramente!

I did only like the availability of the person who manages the rental house. He was very responsive and able to help when we needed something.
We stayed 5 night, as a family. Major problems: The apartment didn't feel clean. The shower had mold, the windows and the balcony were very dirty. Also the window inside the apartment (one room has no external windows) was super dusty. And the room really small. The furnitures were in a bad shape. The couch was dirty. It's pillows had stains. The bidet and the shower were clogged. The microwave was dirty when we arrived. Minor: Bad smell of smoke in the hall. Strong smell of bbq coming from the restaurant nearby. Very poor views. Not good for more than one night. Very cold illumination. Not recommended.
