The grounds were maintained exceptionally well and also our unit was clean, comfortable, had all the supplies we needed and was well maintained. The owner responded quickly and positively to our questions.
The condo owners that return yearly in the winter are territorial about their chairs around the pool and are quite loud every afternoon in the pool bar.

Lovely big apartment with everything that you wanted (apart from a kettle...). Great location, a very short walk down to the pool/beautiful beach, and a 10 minute walk to the main road to the shops and restaurants. Managed to find a bar showing the 6-Nations rugby matches, which was pretty unheard of around here. Good swim-up pool bar.
Nothing to do with the apartment, the usual problem of people getting down to the pool early to put their towels on the sunbeds, and then not appearing until much later, even though there is a sign that you can't do that - that should be enforced. Back in the UK, we joke that it is the Germans who tend to annex the sunbeds, but apparently the Americans do it as well. I'm sure there is some kind of joke there, but I'll leave that to your imagination...
