Matuk Beach House I Playacar 1

House villa was beautiful and in a quiet secure neighborhood away from the town and club noise. Easy walk to quiet beach, restaurants and groceries. Very comfortable beds, washer and dryer worked great. Pool was clean and beautiful. Cute agoutis to watch in the yard. Loved it and even considered staying an extra day.

Issues with plumbing. Toilets barely flushed. We think the sewages system was build with out vents. The cleaning crew did a great job eradicating the smell but the sewage odor accumulated when the house was closed up. We opened the bathroom window and deck glass doors at night. As a previous reviewe mentioned ac is only in the bedroom which was fine in January but would not be during hotter weather. Other small things. Front door frame was loose so it was a little tricky to lock and unlock.

The property is exactly as pictured with no surprises. Spacious shower in the master bathroom. The location is highly secure with security patrolling the streets day and night. Very exciting to see various wildlife on the property grounds. Very close to multiple beach entrances and a short walk to 5th Ave. Was able to utilize the parking spot without an issue. Definitely would stay here again.

A/C upstairs not as powerful but has multiple ceiling fans.
