房子布置很温馨，晚上窗户看出去的码头夜景很好看。位置也很方便，去码头或者超市餐厅商店都很近，门口就有停车位。
洗衣机和烘干机在地下室，与室内不连通，需要出门绕一圈才能去到，使用很不方便。淋浴间空间太小，浴帘拉上后里面基本上没办法动弹。上楼的楼梯非常非常陡。从停车场到房门口有一条长长的阶梯，还有一段石子路，拖着行李箱上下很不方便。

位置非常棒，窗户望出去就是港口。厨房设备非常齐全，完全可以自己烹饪晚餐。 有一个专属的停车位，停车方便
卧室在阁楼，楼梯很陡，如果有老人和小孩需要注意。
