Well-equipped apartment.

We had a reservation for 5 days. The check-in process could have been normal if there had been a sign indicating which apartment it was, instead of us having to look for an apartment without people inside and trying the code one by one on all doors. There was no explanation about where the parking is allowed. There was no explanation about how the door lock works. The Wi-Fi was very weak and almost nonexistent. Only one and a half rolls of toilet paper was provided for a 5 days reservation for 4 people. Communication was far from acceptable. After asking where the hairdryer and toilet paper were, we received an automatic email saying they hoped everything was fine and that we would get a 5-star experience. To our further messages via Booking, we do not received any reply except the automatic message for the check out process. Toilet paper was never delivered. The price we are paying is high enough that we should not have to buy ourselves items which, according to the description, are included in the price. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, the only thing to change is the management.
