Appartement très propre, literie confortable ; proximité des transports en commun ; très bonnes indications écrites (codes, mise en marche des appareils, etc) ; très gentil message du propriétaire qui n'habite pas sur place.
la chambre à coucher est sous les combles : il y fait un peu chaud (heureusement le climat breton est clément ;)

Qualité du logement, propreté et équipement au top. Le garage privatif est un véritable atout au regard du stationnement dans le quartier. Calme exceptionnel dans l’immeuble et le quartier.
