L'appartement est très bien situé, à 3 min en voiture de la Base et du port de plaisance. Supérette juste en face très pratique, bus. Propre, bonne literie, bien équipé et bonne insonorisation, calme, facile de se garer dans la rue, agréable petite cours intérieure. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire, même si nous ne nous sommes pas rencontrés.
Canapé un peu vieillissant. Même si c'est propre, il y a quelques odeur d'humidité dans les toilettes. Wifi pourri le soir.
