LE LOGEMENT ETAIT BIEN SITUé ET ASSEZ PRATIQUE

DANS LA PLUS PETITE CHAMBRE LE LIT EST TROP LONG OU MAL POSITIONNé. IL n'y a pas assez de couverts et ustensiles. attention le logement est au 42 et non 41 ou l'inverse donc nous avons cherché un moment

J’ai lu les précédent avis, un effort a été fait sur le ménage, il faudrait accentuer encore un peu la propreté surtout pour la salle de bain. Sinon ensemble très convenable pour le prix.

Fuyez! je n’ai vu de cet appartement que les photos, j’ai payé pour dormir dehors !

Payer 78,75 pour une nuit sur un banc a Lorient. Du coup j’ai préférer faire 5h de route dans la nuit du 11 au 12 pour rentrer chez moi.

le propriétaire nous a demandé d’envoyer une carte d’identité par mail ou sms 30mn avant mon arrivée. J’ai refusé et ai proposé de lui présenter physiquement, il a refusé et donc a fait retiré les clés. Pour rappel, fournir des documents d’identité par moyen électronique est tres fortement déconseiller parl’état Français. J’ai payé pour dormir dehors, en fait j’ai fait 5h de route pour retourner chez moi. Cette prestation m’a coûté 78,75 euros (le prix total de la location payé d’avance) Booking.com, bien que intermédiaire, n’a pas été d’une grande aide. Lors du paiement, aucune pièce d’identité ni aucune caution n’a été demandé, juste le paiement de notre location. Bien que contacté, ils n’ont pas trouver de solution.

Appartement qui paraît confortable mais beaucoup de choses usées et inconfortable comme la literie, la SDE, la cuisine.

Pas raccord avec la description !!

L'état de l'appartement, des communs (odeur d'égouts, murs défoncés), le linge de lit élimé (des années 80) l'état du torchon (moisissure) des éponges sales, des plaques à induction sales, l'état de saleté des interrupteurs, de l'évier, des peintures, on voyait à peine au travers des vélux... bref quand on voit MAGNIFIQUE T3, on en est très loin !!!

Le bâtiment globalement vétuste. Pas de chauffage en arrivant, on a eu froid. Pas le standing qu’on pouvait imaginer par rapport aux photos. Literie pas top.
