Serious Security Concerns and Misrepresentation

I urge caution for those considering this rental. The apartment fails to deliver on its promises of luxury and safety, and the management's handling of legitimate concerns was profoundly disappointing. The images do not accurately represent the property's current state. I strongly advise against staying here to avoid the issues I encountered. Unfortunately, I did not stay here due to substantial security issues. The primary concern was the door, which failed to lock both from the inside and outside, an alarming issue I immediately communicated to the management. Contrary to the listed "luxurious" status, the apartment's condition was below standard. The hidden location added a sense of discomfort, and the interior cleanliness was subpar, evidenced by stains on the couch. The spatial layout posed a safety hazard; the low-hanging ceiling rod was positioned perilously close to the bed, risking injury. Communication added another layer of frustration. The manager's responses via WhatsApp were exclusively in French, and despite translation efforts, they remained unclear, further complicating the resolution process. Upon discovering the insecure door, I sent a video to the manager highlighting the lapse in security. The response was not only delayed but also dismissive, culminating in a refusal to issue a refund. I would not recomend it at all.

Clean, well arranged flat. Nicely equipped, newly fitted out. Quiet, easy parking and well located.

A detail but the pillows are horrible, when all the rest is new! Also, we are not internet fans, however even with the instructions, trying to look at a "normal" French channel was tedious, we gave up.

Kleine Unterkunft ohne Schnickschnack

Funktionelle Unterkunft, klein aber praktisch. Schön fand ich die räumliche Trennung vom Schlaf- und Wohnbereich. Insgesamt hat das Studio alles, was man braucht, funktional eingerichtet mit recht neuem Bad. Die Lage ist ruhig, Innenstadt und "La Base" kann man zu Fuß erreichen, einen Parkplatz konnte ich zu jeder Tageszeit in der Straße finden.

Świetny apartment. Czysto przyjemnie i komfortowo. Zdecydowanie godny polecenia. Aneks kuchenny w pełni wyposażony. Łazienka mała ale funkcjonalna. Dobry pomysł z oddzieleniem sypialni od salonu. Szafa idealna na pomieszczenie ciuchów i walizki dla jednej lub dwóch osób. Jeszcze raz zdecydowanie polecam

Petit logement neuf et bien conçu, mignon. Bien équipé en vaisselle, linge et articles de toilette. À mi-distance entre la gare et Lorient base (pas tout à fait 2 km chacun). Bon rapport qualité prix.

Il est difficile de pousser les murs, mais le lit est coincé entre trois pans de murs, la sensation est particulière.

Comment a été meublé le studio pour un gain de place c'était très joli et pratique. J'ai aimé la literie très confortable , la salle de bain moderne et la douche très grande . Et le fait qu'on trouve un espace salon , un espace cuisine et un espace chambre et cela bien délimité.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Le logement se situe a proximité d'une station de bus qui relie la gare en 15 mn. Un hypermarché se trouve a 10 mn à pied. Le logement est calme, dans une petite copropriété où il n y a que des locations courte durée.

L escalier japonais du logement est très raid, manque une main courante côté murs. Pas de recyclage du verre dans local poubelle, la porte de la copropriété en très mauvaise état .

Dans l’ensemble appartement bien situé, propre, sauf pour le lit et confortable.

La propreté des draps n’était pas au top. J’ai trouvé des cheveux sur les draps, des tâches sur le protège matelas et la couette. Hygiéniquement parlant, ça ne m’a pas rassurée. J’ai dû changer les draps. Cela a eu un impact sur la qualité de mon sommeil et de mon appréciation. Dommage
