The north-south facing duplex is very bright. It features a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, accessible by a private architect-designed staircase. The living room is equipped with a television (Chromecast, Netflix), the kitchen is fully equipped (“on your island, just like at home”), and the toilet is separate. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Private parking is located at the foot of the accommodation. A shared laundry room (washing machine, dryer) and a shared library are available to residents of the Ilots de Merville. The general atmosphere is that of a family guesthouse. You can arrive independently with an access code for the entrance and a key box on the landing.
