Great place. Very well equipped. Not good for parking!

Very clean. Well equipped. Nice modern shower room. Well situated for getting into the centre of Lorient. Host very responsive. A bit on the small side but ok for a short stay.

We had read that free on-street parking was available. There were only 4 places on the entire street - the others were only for 90 minutes and these seemed mostly taken by residents. Had to go round the block over and over and over again until one became available so that we could drop off our luggage. Other nearby parking which was mentioned in Bld Maréchal Joffre was also 90 minutes. Once we had dropped our bags, we drove to a 24 hour car park and so ended up paying €26 for while we were in Lorient. We queried the parking with our host who confirmed that parking in the area is limited but that we could have parked on the little driveway in front of the gate. We wished this information had been available to us beforehand as it would have made our arrival less stressful (and our stay a little less expensive!) By the time we knew this, another car (another Koaloft resident?) had already parked there. Boiler was noisy and was running through the night. Wondered whether the boiler served all 4 properties?

The hotel cancelled our stay on the morning of the reservation whilst we were en route. They stated that they hadn't noticed that it was a Sunday and no concierge would be available to check us in. On checking for alternative accommodation, the Koaloft still appeared as available to book on that particular Sunday.

Its very clean, easy to find. Right in the centre. Had everything you need for a short stay. The host was very responsive.

Good location and tidy property.

Good location to explore the town and access the area by car. The apartment was well equipped, lots of storage and great bathroom. Clean and modern.

No air conditioning or even a fan, as we visited during a hot week, so sleeping was poor. Wi-Fi was also poor, the tv suffered because of this and there was no information for connection. Pillows are typical but poor quality.

The apartment was spacious and airy, modern, clean, light, with good facilities and appliances. It felt like home. Nice big TV, strong WiFi. There was always a parking space nearby.

Une des meilleures offres sur la ville pour un court séjour à prix doux.

Ce petit studio en plein centre de Lorient est extrêmement pratique et calme, pour une courte halte. Il est bien équipé, très bien tenu et d'un excellent rapport qualité prix. La literie est confortable et la salle de bain vaste et moderne. Habitant l'île de Groix et ayant testé de nombreuses petites formules d'hébergement sur la ville, pour cause de bateaux annulés, cette offre me semble faire partie des meilleures.

Nous n'avons de contact qu'avec la boîte à clés mais compte tenu du tarif ceci n'a rien d'anormal.

Bien situé et bien agencé. Calme, tout en étant en coeur de ville. Côté équipement et confort tout est bien pensé . Si vous venez en voiture, il y a parfois de la place devant le portail sinon il vous faut trouver de la place dans la rue. A renouveler !

Annonce trompeuse - Studio minuscule ne correspond pas aux photos

Annonce trompeuse. Les photos figurant sur l annonce ne correspondaient pas au studio loué mais à d'autres studios plus grands (photos avec table, grand lit, canapé qui sont inexistants dans ce bien...). Le lit n était qu un 140 alors que le texte de l annonce indiquait dans son descriptif un lit de 160. Le studio est minuscule, sans table, avec très peu de luminosité et énormément de vis à vis. Le rapport qualité prix n est pas bon, le prix étant beaucoup trop élevé pour le bien loué

La partie salon ne correspond pas à la photo proposée. Nous étions 2 couples et le logement est équipé d'un canapé 2/3 places et de 4 tabourets hauts ... difficile de prendre l'apéritif ou de passer une soirée sympa !

Beau logement neuf et bien placé !

Emplacement stratégique et discret/calme un peu en retrait de la rue dans un renfoncement entre deux magasins : parfait pour ceux qui viennent en train ! Pareil pour les cinéphiles car le complexe cinéville est à 50m. On peut tout faire à pied et le réseau de bus est également proche à 3 minutes à pied sur la place Alsace lorraine. Logement neuf avec arrivée autonome par boîte à clés et portail sécurisé. Bonne communication avec la responsable qui aide au besoin et renseigne. Douche moderne très sympa et fonctionnelle. Terrasse privative bienvenue aux beaux jours.

Le coin pour déjeuner n’est pas très passionnant avec juste une table bar donc on mange face au mur. Manque de lumière la nuit avant de franchir le portail sécurisé.

- perfekt ausgestattetes sehr geräumiges Apartment - späte Ankunft kein Problem, da Code an der Tür - großes Badezimmer mit Dusche - sehr sauber - Bett mit eher harter Matratze (perfekt für mich!) - kleine Terrasse vor dem Apartment :-)

- war nicht ganz einfach zu finden, da es etwas weiter hinten liegt - die kostenfreien öffentlichen Parkplätze an der Straße sind tagsüber nur 1,5h kostenfrei
