A/C in the second bedroom is very loud and needs to be checked.

Excelente zona, muy segura y cerca de las estaciones de subte y bus, además de mercados y lugares para comer. El departamento tenía todas los servicios informados, y los propietarios siempre estuvieron comunicados consultando por nuestra estadía, destacó la atención de parte de ellos.

Recomendaría que colocaran una mesa y sillas para la cantidad de personas que dice la publicación. El departamento es chico, a pesar de tener 2 habitaciones. Más allá de eso, fue excelente.

Location is bangin! Basically anything in the West Village, Nolita, Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown, LES is no more than a 15 min walk. At least 3 main subway lines within about 3 blocks. Dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars right outside your doorway! As others have noted, the address on Booking.com is not the actual location. As the listing title says, it's on Prince Street, near Elizabeth. The apartment itself was great. A/C kept it cool, comfy beds, super quiet despite being in the middle of the action. The kitchen has the essentials, and there's a washer and dryer in the bathroom. It's not spacious, and the bedrooms are tight, but you don't stay in downtown Manhattan to hang out at your accommodation. Also super responsive communication!

Location was stellar!, very pedestrian friendly. Shopping and food dominate this neighborhood. Broadway is a short subway ride away. Location mostly made up for the problems we had gaining entry (owner) and problems with Booking.com sending us the wrong location and long hold times and miscommunication. Good sized beds were worth sacrificing floor space for. One BR was nice and sunny, large windows, and door out to fire escape and lower courtyard. Not sure if it was a public space though, we just looked down. Clean bath, comfy beds, tall ceilings, plentiful name brand supplies like TIDE pods, Cascade dishwasher pods and K-cups, no problem with building or street noise. The unit is on the 1st floor next to end unit so away from the street but still quick easy in/out of the building. The building has a very good trash/recyclable set up.

(1) 8:07p The listing title says Prince St. but I GPS'd the address given by Booking.com so arrive at the wrong location (2) 8:24p At the correct location now but the inside lock was accidentally engaged so we couldn't enter (3) 9:27p after a call to Booking.com and 12 sets of back'n forth texts, calls, pics and videos with the owner, we finally convinced the owner we were locked out and offered to send a human. Probably dealing w/ AI the first 30min because it was convinced we were entering the wrong code. (4) 10:28p help arrives, gets in via fire escape to open the unit. 10:38p we're in. (5) About the unit: Pay attention to unit images. It's a NYC small apartment, OK for sleeping 2-4 but 3+ and you're tripping over each other in the dimly lit common spaces. Rent as a place to sleep and otherwise stay outside. - most won't need the kitchen but it's difficult to reach utensils and breakables like dishes/glasses/cups without a tall reach - Dusty on surfaces above eye level; we found out by reaching for something. Ceiling fan had a noticeable thick layer of dust. - door handle of dryer is broken off so have to pry open - The sunny BR has a pipe with brown oozing down from the ceiling but I don't think it's mold. Unfortunately I lost that picture. I suggest cleaners stop to confirm re-entry before leaving the building. And I hope Booking.com can reduced long customer service wait times.
