Bold Manhattan Base in Prime Nolita

Property was in a great location and owners were very responsive. The apartment is small, but typical for NYC. Nice closets in bedroom to unpack if you want. Poor lighting in the bedroom. Bed is slightly uncomfortable, but doable. Futon worked well for our two kids. Kitchen small, but there’s a kitchen so I won’t complain. Washer and dryer was great. Overall apartment felt clean. Bathroom is definitely old and the paint is peeling off the inside of the shower. But again, it was clean. Close walk to Little Italy!

Spazi adeguati per quattro persone e appartamento complessivamente accettabile. Molto comoda la presenza di lavatrice e asciugatrice funzionanti. Cucina ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Check-in e check-out semplici grazie all’accesso digitale e comunicazione con il proprietario sempre rapida e precisa. Ottima posizione, ben collegata con metro e autobus, in un quartiere tranquillo e adatto anche alle famiglie. Molto apprezzata anche la disponibilità di numerosi asciugamani.

Pulizia migliorabile: presenza di polvere sotto il letto e in bagno. Lavatrice e asciugatrice funzionanti ma necessiterebbero di una pulizia più approfondita. Il bagno è poco confortevole: il WC è in uno spazio molto stretto e la doccia ha solo un soffione fisso, senza doccino regolabile. Le finestre rappresentano un altro punto critico: le uniche apribili sono in bagno e in cucina, mentre nelle due camere da letto non è possibile aprirle. Inoltre, sono presenti condizionatori alla base delle finestre delle camere, ma non risultano ben isolati, essendo chiusi con pannelli tipo lamiera che lasciano passare spifferi. Fortunatamente durante il soggiorno il clima era mite, ma nei mesi più freddi questo potrebbe rappresentare un problema importante. Infine, non è stata disponibile una culla, quindi poco adatto a famiglie con bambini molto piccoli.

Die Lage. Kommunikation mit den Managern. Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine etc. Sogar Shampoo ect. hatte es. Genügend Tücher, wc Papier etc.

Sofabett musste zuerst selber hergerichtet werden. Aber das ist etwas kleines. Die Sauberkeit. Oberflächlich war sehr sauber, genau hinschauen jedoch besser nicht. Es zieht extrem bei den Fenstern wo die Klimaanlage eingebaut wurde. Wir waren nach der 1. Nacht alle krank. Da muss dringend etwas unternommen werden, zumal das schob einige male erwähnt wurde. Bad blättert die ganze Wand ab.

It was cold! It’s a first floor with big windows. In each room there was a window AC that drought in much cold wind. With the 2 heaters in the apartment we had to have sweaters on and a poncho. Getting out of the shower was brutal.
