We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was also conveniently located, with the airport only about a 20-minute drive away.
Simone was an exceptional host—friendly, welcoming, and always incredibly quick to respond. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and he made us feel at home throughout our stay.
If we’re ever back in Bologna, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay in one of Simone’s apartments again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Nous l’avons tellement adoré que nous y sommes retournés, tout est absolument parfait, l’appartement est top, il dispose de tous les équipements modernes, et magnifiquement décoré.

Lage 1000 m vom Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt, sehr gut eingerichtetes Apartment, alles notwendige vorhanden, WLAN gut (code aus der mail entnehmen, da in der Küche alles groß geschrieben ist), Küchenausstattung sehr gut, sehr großer Fernseher mit allen Streaming Diensten. Simone (Mann) Organisator der Apartments ist super freundlich, kommuniziert extrem zeitnah und hat mein "Parkproblem" im Blick gehabt (brauchte dann doch keine Lösung). Türöffnung online über das Handy.
Das Parken kann kostenlos gestaltet werden, - ist aber etwas aufwändig. Ist auch auf booking zu kurz/ falsch dargestellt. Man kann bis 20 h in einem benachbarten EKZ parken. Ab 18 Uhr sind die Parkplätze auf der Straße bis morgens 8.00 umsonst, d.h. wer umsonst will - muss laufend umparken!! Tagesticket ansonsten auf der Straße 11 Euro - es gibt in der gesamten Innenstadt und da zählt dieser Standort dazu KEINE kostenlose Parkplätze - auch nicht bei den Unterkünften (ich hatte ca. 7 im Blick). Ich war wg. der Infos (bzw. Annahme des kostenlosen Parkens) sauer, Simone hatte aber angeboten das Ticket zu übernehmen- brauchte er dann doch nicht, da ich den Mietwagen 1 Tag früher abgegeben hatte
