Nice spacious room, with washer dryer, very comfortable. Only downside is that there is no staff and unless you sre staying for more than 4 days, they dont clean your room. But otherwise checkin and out was very easy.

Conveniently located close to trains and buses, we used this as our base for exploring Kyoto. There's a convenience store next door, and it is a short walk to many restaurants, shops and transport to the must-see Kyoto sights. Washer/Dryer combo unit in our room was excellent, and we enjoyed the kitchen and dining area for the ability to make breakfast and snacks easily. Would highly recommend.

Love this hotel and close to subway keihan Sanjo station 200 m by walking . Next door a 24hr convenience store. Clean spacious and full kitchen utilities. Loving it
