uncomfortable bed, too small for 4 people, balcony view is obstructed, mouldy smell in the sink cabinet.

The location was excellent. It was close to the subway but it was off a side street so it was quiet. The location made exploring easy. The beds are really firm if that matters to you.
The only issue I had is that I had to pay an additional Kyoto accommodation tax once I got there. I received an email about it when I booked, but they never told me how much the fee was until I checked in. Maybe there is a good reason for it, but it was a bit annoying.

Easy to find. Clean rooms and good service
Beds were too hard. All 5 of us woke up with pain in the morning. Mattresses are too thin
