    The location is fantastic—close to everything. The room was well equipped with very good toiletries, and the shower was absolutely strong and fabulous. The only reason I rated the staff 4 stars is that we only saw one staff member on the last day. Also, upon arrival we couldn’t access our room. After contacting the hotel team by phone, we were informed that a different room had been allocated to us than the one stated in the confirmation email with the instructions.
