We stayed in the deluxe apartment, which was very new, modern and quite large. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom had washer dryer. The place is very central at the north end of Gion and close to metro and buses.
Reception is partially virtual but when we checked in there was a real person !
Room service on request and extra charge if needed. Towel change on request at reception.
We really enjoyed or our stay here - just one thing that was not perfect : our room (despite on 6th floor) faced the street and it is a busy road so you hear quite a bit of traffic. Otherwise all good !

We stayed at this hotel for two days at the end of July with two adults and two children. First of all, I should mention that the hotel is very new and the rooms are quite spacious and functional. It also has kitchen appliances, bathroom amenities, and a washer-dryer to meet all your needs. Everything is in brand-new condition.
We researched the location before making our reservation, and the location is truly excellent—right next to the Sanjo-Keihan subway station. From this station, you can easily reach many places. For example, you can take a single, direct line to Fushimi Inari without having to transfer. Access from Kyoto Station is also extremely easy. If you walk straight across from the hotel, you’ll reach Hanamikoji Dori Street; if you exit the hotel and turn right, you’ll reach Shijo Bridge and a lively area with plenty of dining and drinking spots.
Information on how to check in is provided a few days before your arrival, and both check-in and check-out are very straightforward processes. There are other hotels belonging to the Minn chain in the immediate vicinity, so be sure not to confuse them.
There’s also a room where you can leave your luggage. Additionally, I should mention that there’s a grocery store right next door. The only downsides might be the late check-in time and the fact that the windows don’t open. We were very satisfied and I highly recommend it to everyone.
