ULYA Apartment

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Monopoli, yet surprisingly quiet. The apartment was spacious, bright, and well-ventilated, making it a very comfortable place to stay. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of towels. There was always hot water available for showers, and air conditioning in every room, which was greatly appreciated. The beds were also very comfortable. Check-in was straightforward, and the apartment was easy to access thanks to the clear instructions provided by the hosts. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it to others.

The staircase leading to the apartment is very steep and narrow. While this is understandable given the age and character of the town, it may be challenging for families with young children, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility issues. Personally, I did not have any problems with it, but it is worth noting for future visitors. My main concern was communication with the hosts. I found it very difficult to get in contact with them in the weeks leading up to my stay. Communication only began about a week before my arrival, which caused me considerable stress and uncertainty while trying to plan my trip.

Sehr zentrale Lage, alles gut erreichbar. Wohnung sehr groß und geräumig.

Wohnung nur oberflächlich sauber. Unterm Bett und Regalen voll mit Staub und Dreck. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Strom fällt öfters aus, wenn zB man den Herd und Ofen gleichzeitig benutzt. Wir waren Ende Oktober/Anfang November da, da war es schon sehr kalt in der Wohnung. Die Klimaanlage kann auch heizen, jedoch funktionierte eine nicht in einem der Schlafzimmer. Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung nicht geputzt. Wir mussten dann für die erste Nacht in eine Ersatzunterkunft. Uns wurde versprochen, dass die erste Nacht erstattet wird. Dies erfolgte jedoch nicht. Es gab mehrere Nachfragen diesbezüglich und auch das Nachfragen nach einer Rechnung blieb einfach unbeantwortet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend, da wir aufgrund Erkrankung etwas später auschecken wollten. Genau.

Świetna lokalizacja, przestronny ciekawie urządzony apartament w pełni wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne na krótki/dłuższy pobyt - np. ręczniki, pościel, środki czystości, kosmetyki, żelazko czy suszarkę itp. Chętnie wrócimy w przyszłości :)
