The apartment hosts an ample living area with double sofa bed, a night time area with two sleeps, a fully furnished kitchen and a large bathroom with sanitary services and shower.
Casamas stands out for its terrace, on the same level as the day time area, partially covered and equipped for lunching or dining in the open. The outdoor stairs lead towards a gorgeous terrace with sea view where guests can comfortably lay on sun beds and relax, underneath the shadowing of beach umbrellas, during the hottest hours of the day, admire the breathtaking sunsets and look with new eyes the shining moon that reflects on the waters of Monopoli.

Very stylish Loft on the top of Monopoli. With a famous fiew, two terraces in different levels.
Service, cleaning and communication with the agency perfect.
This Loft is fullfilling every wish.

We absolutely loved our stay in Casamas, Monopoli.
A beautiful apartment in the old town. Close to a piazza (5 minutes walk) with restaurants, terraces and a gelateria.
And we enjoyed the two terraces of the apartment very much.
Because of the incredible steep stairs not suitable for those who have problems with climbing.

Our stay was actually great. The apartment was clean, in order, in a great location, the terraces were amazing!
I am giving it a 'fair' rating because the customer service leading up to our arrival was terrible. There was a miscommunication with one of the reps on our way to the apartment of which we take partial responsibility for, and instead of clearing it up like a professional, my guests and I were yelled at and we found it incredibly rude and a terrible way to begin our vacation. We saw an easy way to reach a solution, but it was their job to accommodate us as guests on vacation and offer a solution faster. It felt like we were being scolded in grade school! No thanks.
