Excellent location steps from the (closed) beach, but next to bars and restaurants, shops and churches in the centre. You couldn't ask for a better location.

The location is excellent to visit the Centro Storico, it's just a short walk to Porta Vecchia, the Cathedral and the Chiesa di Santa Marie del Suffragio, which is fascinating. lots of great restaurants and cafe's nearby, breakfast vouchers were included and the cafe that you use for breakfast is in a lovely piazza near the cathedral and serves delicious croissants and coffee/tea. The street winds around the sea front and is great for a stroll to the harbour where you can get boat trips. The room decor was fresh and tasteful, there was a small balcony overlooking the narrow street. The restaurant below served nice food and had lovely helpful staff. The room was very clean. We couldn't visit Porta Vecchia beach on this trip unfortunately as it was closed for renovations but when open it's only a short walk away. It's worth getting a bus or taxi if arriving by train with bags. Our 2 night stay was reasonably priced.

The apartment door and bathroom door didn't open fully, sticking part way which made getting in and out a bit more tricky. The main door to the apartments was left open at least twice by someone during our 2 night stay. The shower had no drain cover on it which was off putting and when we arrived there were no cups to make coffee and no tea bags. The apartment is directly over a bar that plays music until about midnight which wasn't in the main property description, this wasn't as disruptive to our sleep as the street cleaning that shocked us awake with the noise at 4am and sounded like construction work was starting up.

Very nice decorated apartament, location in the center of Monopoly. Very close to sea. The apartament is big, have 3 balcony with very nice view.

It’s very loud outside the window. The owner should have say about this before someone rent aparamtent especially when someone travel with kids. There is a pub downstairs, they put loud music everyday till late hours afer midnight. If you have no ear stoppers it’s imposible to fall a sleep. Also bed is making noises everytime you move.
