Victory Apartment

L appartement est très propre et est très bien situé dans le centre de Monopoli. La climatisation est un vrai plus ! Le propriétaire a été d une très grande gentillesse pour faciliter notre séjour et la communication était vraiment facile. Je recommande !

O apartamento fica localizado na parte histórica da cidade, um lugar ótimo para ficar. Mas se você está com malas o trajeto pode ser desafiador porque a unica maneira de chegar é andando.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Monopoli’s beautiful old town. It’s on a quiet street surrounded by stunning architecture, with so many fantastic restaurants, bars and beaches all within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was the perfect size for us as a couple and was absolutely spotless when we arrived. It had everything we needed, and we especially loved the small balcony, which was really handy for drying our swimwear after a day at the beach. Mattia was a fantastic host from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive to messages, helpful throughout our stay, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The building itself is beautiful. Just be aware that the apartment is a few floors up, so there are some steep stairs. This wasn’t an issue for us, even with our luggage, but it’s worth noting for anyone with mobility concerns. The only suggestion I would make is to invest in a slightly more comfortable mattress. The current one is absolutely fine, but for longer stays, a more supportive mattress would make the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would 100% choose to stay here again.

The location was superb. Nothing too far away. Walking distance to station with medium size suitcase went ok. I got to see and experience the newer town of Monopoli. Google maps made it easy to find my way to Victory Apartment, not far from the sea wall. The host was very responsive and friendly. He helped me with my suitcase up the stairs. The apartment was very well equipped. Furniture was comfortable. TV in Bedroom. Nice towels and linen. Small fridge , and 2 burner hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc. Nicely presented with easy, tasteful decor. Loads of restaurants, cafes, bars nearby. Quiet alleyway with minimal street noise day & night.

I loved it. Just be aware there are stairs to the 4th floor. So a bit tricky if you have bad knees , or large size suitcases.
